Training & Development Services

We design and develop training for our clients by following the most recognized training model in the industry called ADDIE. ADDIE is an instructional systems design (ISD) framework that most instructional designers and training developers use to develop courses. ADDIE is simple and uses a strategic planning approach. 

Our Training Team has expert knowledge of the Adult Learning Theory, known as Andragogy, which explains that adults need to be involved in how their training is planned, delivered, and executed. They want to control what, when, and how they learn. Adults gain more when they can share experiences to add greater context to their learning. They need to solve problems and use reasoning to best take in the information they are being presented. Adults want to know how they can use the information now. What they are learning needs to be applicable to their lives and jobs and be implemented immediately. We ensure that our training is interactive and incorporates lots of learner participation so they can share and collaborate with other participants through case studies, exercises, role plays, group discussions and more.
